Wish my gym was open all night so I could go workout at 4 in the morning instead of surfing the internet when I can’t sleep!
No worries though, I just worked on my first day of triathlon training instead!

Biked 6.5 Miles
Ran 1.5 Miles
Not a bad start. Just worked on inclines and my breathing while reaching my goal distances. My bike pace was good, but I still have a lot of work on my run time.
